
I love living in the grey areas now. I remember a time when my faith made it an uncomfortable place for me to be. Some things about religion were supposed to be black and white, but I wholeheartedly disagreed. I was told on several occasions that my conflict was caused by pride, a product of me attempting to know all of God’s ways. I can look back at it now and laugh, but when you’re struggling with your faith, grey areas are often very depressing places to be. ~ Kim
I’ve written the last line of a poem, but I never could figure out the rest of the words of it. It’s kind of frustrating.
…but black and white do not exist, just progressive shades of gray.
